I haven't received all the parts for my tent!

Please note that some of our tents are so big that we have to pack the tent in 1 box and the poles in another

Sometimes they arrive together and sometimes they arrive separately

If you haven't received all the parts by now, please let us know and we'll chase up the shipment for you
